The vast majority do, both vintage and modern. Automatic movement is basically the defining feature of the Seiko 5 line.
There have been rare exceptions over the decades. Still, assume automatic unless a listing clearly states otherwise.
Always confirm the movement type before buying. It only takes a second and saves you any surprises.
