Returns
We want you to actually wear your watch. If it's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
To be eligible, the watch must be unworn, in its original condition, with all packaging, straps, and included accessories. Try it on indoors, on a clean surface, like you would shoes.
How to start a return
Email info@onegoodwatch.co with your order number. We'll send return instructions. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case we cover it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
Second Wrist (vintage) items
Vintage watches are one-of-one and sold as described, with honest photos of the actual watch. They carry a 30-day running guarantee: if the watch stops keeping reasonable time within 30 days of delivery, we'll repair it or refund you. Normal vintage quirks — patina, minor timekeeping drift, worn crystals described in the listing — are not defects.
