Returns
We want you to actually wear your watch. If it is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
To be eligible, the watch must be unworn, in its original condition, with all packaging, straps, and included accessories. Try it on indoors, on a clean surface, like you would shoes.
How to start a return
Email info@onegoodwatch.co with your order number. We will send return instructions. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we cover it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after approval.
Second Wrist vintage items
Vintage watches are one of one and sold as described, with honest photos of the actual watch. They carry a 30-day running guarantee. If the watch stops keeping reasonable time within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it or refund you. Normal vintage characteristics described in the listing, including patina, minor timekeeping drift, or wear, are not defects.
