Are all watches new?
No. Our selection can include new, vintage, and pre-owned watches. The product page will describe the specific watch and its condition when applicable.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free US shipping is available on qualifying orders over $69. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Can I return a watch?
Yes. Unworn watches can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The watch must be in its original condition with all packaging, straps, and included accessories. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, less a 20% restocking fee. Do your watches include a warranty?
Warranty coverage can vary by watch. Any included coverage will be stated on the product page. If you do not see it listed, contact us before purchasing.
Will the watch look exactly like the photos?
We use the most accurate available photos for each listing. Vintage and pre-owned watches can show individual wear or character, so review every product image and description carefully.
