Warranty & Authenticity

We sell watches honestly

Every watch should be represented for what it is.

Each product page should identify the brand, movement, condition, included accessories, and any important details we know. The individual product description is the controlling source for that watch.

Manufacturer warranties

Warranty coverage varies by watch.

If a watch includes a manufacturer or supplier warranty, that coverage will be stated on the product page. If warranty coverage is not listed, do not assume that a manufacturer warranty is included.

Contact us before purchasing if warranty coverage is important to your decision.

When something arrives wrong

If your watch arrives damaged, incorrect, or not functioning as described, contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. Please do not wear, resize, repair, open, or alter the watch while we review the problem.

We will work with you on the appropriate next step.

Authenticity and accurate representation

One Good Watch does not knowingly offer counterfeit watches.

New watches are sold under the brand shown in the listing. Vintage and pre-owned watches are represented using the information available to us, including markings, condition, movement, provenance, and seller documentation when available.

Older watches can contain replacement, restored, or aftermarket parts. We disclose those details when they are known. Unless a listing specifically states that a watch received independent authentication or appraisal, our review should not be treated as third-party certification.

Ask before buying

Questions are welcome.

If you want additional photos, measurements, warranty details, or information about a specific watch, contact us before placing your order.

A good watch is one you understand and want to wear.
