The left half of the dial is an exposed decorative gear plate, the right half is a clean time-and-date display — a genuinely weird, genuinely fun piece of design you'd expect from a microbrand charging ten times more. It ships boxed with the strap, which makes it the easiest gift in the lineup.

This is a TOMI-built quartz (model T105) with a 42mm round alloy case and the brand's "face gear" half-skeleton dial treatment — decorative, not a true open movement, and it's honest about that.
